YOUR SPACE STUDIOS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Agreement

  • Thank you for choosing Your Space Studios, These terms & conditions advise you of the basis upon which you are granted access, and sets out the rules for your use of, Your Space Studios, 33/44 34/44 Tunstall Rd, London, SW9 8DA. By booking a session with Your Space Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking and Payment

  • Full payment must be made for the studio hire prior to the session date. Booking and payments to be made online with all major debit and credit cards accepted. Bookings must be made in advance using the online booking.

Cancellations & rescheduling

  • Cancellations made 5 days before the session will receive a full refund. Any cancellations received within 5 days will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations or no shows 24 hours prior to session hire will not receive any refund and are non-transferrable.

  • Rescheduling requests are permitted and must be made at least 5 days in advance and subject to availability.

  • The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, providing as much notice as possible. In such case the client will be entailed to a full refund.

Access and use of studio

  • Studio access is granted on a temporary basis. Clients and/or members of their team must arrive on time for their scheduled session. The studio is not responsible for any missed opportunities due to late arrivals.

  • Any necessary arrangements for the use of Your Space Studio equipment must be made in advance.

  • The session hire is only for the allocated time when the booking is made. It’s the clients responsibility to ensure the shoot is conducted during this allocated time. Overtime will be charged at 100% on the standard hire rate per hour.

  • Please leave the Studio clean and in the same condition it was upon arrival. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee of £50 if the Studio requires cleaning following your use.

  • When leaving the Studio, please ensure that all lights are turned off and that all equipment is put back where you found it. Should any equipment have been damaged during your use of the Studio, you agree to notify a member of the Studio team of any such damage as soon as possible.

Security and Safety

  • For your safety and security, as well as our own, the Studios are monitored by CCTV.

Liabilities

  • Your Space Studios will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of clients during photography sessions. However, the Studio cannot be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages incurred during the session or on the premises.

  • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the session. Your Space Studio is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought to the studio or location shoot.

  • You agree that upon accessing the Studio you, and any members of your team, shall be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the property and any equipment belonging to Your Space Studios that has been made available for you to use

  • Your Space Studios shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by you or any third parties during the rental period. This includes, but not limited to, accidents, theft, or property damage.

  • Clients are responsible for their behaviour and that of any guests accompanying them. Any inappropriate conduct that leads to disruptions or damage may result in the termination of the session, and the client will be held liable for any resulting damages.

  • Your Space Studios shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god, natural disasters, war, government action, or other unforeseen events.

  • The clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Space Studios, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of their actions during the photography session, including but not limited to any claims made by third parties.

  • In no event shall Your Space Studios be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the photography services provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

  • This agreement shall be governed by English laws. Any dispute arising from, or related to, these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and by booking Your Space Studios you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Amendments

  • These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
